So it's 3:30pm sitting in Starbucks on 13th, and after a few seconds of looking at the computer, hoping that this would write itself, it's time to type our first post!
So-welcome! We are getting excited about the Fat Dog-our 100 kilometer epic trail race through Manning Park, which is-to the day-7 months from now! *Augh!*
So stress and excitement mixed, we're into the stage of planning-how to train, how often to train, nutrition, documenting, and everything in between.
It's very cool to think about it, as we are 22 (Noel) and *soon-to-be* 20(Emily), and last year the youngest female was 28, and youngest male being something like 31-we are BY FAR the youngest to attempt this-and may be for some time to come!
are we insane?!?.....quite likely, but oh well....
